Valle Isarco Schiava 2018. This Schiava is characterized by a light ruby red color. The nose opens with a pleasant and fruity bouquet. On the palate it is light, delicate and pleasantly harmonious. The wine has a pleasant hint of almond. Perfect to accompany appetizers and noble poultry, it is ideal in combination with cold cuts, cold cuts and fresh cheeses. The Eisacktaler Kellerei Schiava Alto Adige is born in vineyards located in the magical Valle Isarco, in the heart of South Tyrol, a terroir traditionally suited to viticulture. It is produced exclusively with Schiava grapes. After a traditional maceration at controlled temperature, the wine matures and refines on the noble lees in stainless steel tanks.
