FAR NIENTE Wine Estates
Both wines and cuisine were delicious. Far Niente organized a boutique experience in the Aperitivo Bar and Florence Room, featuring the quality wines of Far Niente Wine Estates and modern Italian cuisine of Zingari. Guests were welcomed with Nickel & Nickel Chardonnay, which was paired with ahi tuna tartare and baked prosciutto wrapped mozzarella. The dinner carried on with more far niente estate grown wines and adventurous dishes. Guests continued to indulge without a care, or “dolce far niente,” while Far Niente president, Larry Maguire, shared more about the collection of beautifully crafted wines from one of the oldest, world-class wineries of Oakville, Napa Valley. It was an elegant private dinner in the Florence Room with chic private pre-dinner cocktail and wine reception with live jazz in the Aperitivo Bar for 30 guests.
