Harlem-born, San Francisco vocalist Clif Payne does more than just sing nice songs. Discovered by Bobby McFerrin, Clif embodies the essence of what makes music compelling, enjoyable and memorable for audiences of all ages and backgrounds. Clif has opened for some of the brightest stars in entertainment--Tony Bennett, Johnny Mathis and Lionel Richie, just to name a few. And, he's sung with American Idol judge/vocalist Peggi Blu, R&B legends Tower of Power, GRAMMY award-winning producer Narada Michael Walden, jazz icons Hiroshima and Chicago lead singer Bill Champlin.
His show, Clif Payne Celebrates the Songs of Stevie Wonder, has played to sellout crowds and will tour the Mid-West in 2016. And, his talent for singing a diverse array of songs makes him one of the most creative and original vocalist in music. His debut CD "Welcome To My World' is currently in pre-production.
