FAR NIENTE TASTING PARTY
Both wines and cuisine were delicious. On Thursday, 16 June 2016, the summer solstice organized a ‘pre-party’ with a boutique experience at Zingari featuring the quality wines of Far Niente Estate. Guests were welcomed with an Italian style aperitivo with Nickel & Nickel Chardonnay 2014, which was paired with ahi tuna tartare bruschetta and baked, balsamic glazed prosciutto wrapped mozzarella. The party carried on with more Far Niente Estate Grown wines and exquisite dishes. Guests indulged without a care, or dolce far niente, while learning about a collection of beautifully crafted wines from one of the oldest, world-class wineries of Oakville, Napa Valley.
